Dr Mark Elvy dedicated his medical practice from January 2000 to the practice of interventional phlebology and no scalpel open ended vasectomy. Dr Elvy has published and lectured in the management of venous disease and no scalpel vasectomy.

Dr Elvy has embraced the advances in the treatment of venous disease with the office based use of duplex guided sclerotherapy, endovenous laser, acrocyanate glue and microblade phlebectomy. Related to vasectomy, Dr Elvy has adopted the minimally invasive open ended technique (lower complication rates), fascia interposition (lower failure rates) and use of spermatic cord blocks with Entonox (laughing gas) for patient relaxation. He has treated over 8,000 patients with low complication rates and excellent patient satisfaction.

Dr Doerte Prescott graduated from Liverpool University in 1991. She completed her training and worked in the UK for the last 30 years and has a wealth of experience in General Practice.
This included working as a single-handed remote GP in the Highlands of Scotland as well as in Urban General Practice, Urgent Care Centres and GP units in hospital. She spent the last 9 years as a partner in an award-winning 2 GP practice in the North of England.
Her special interests are in Women’s health, menopause care and contraception, providing a coil and Nexplanon fitting service and chronic disease management including cardiovascular health, diabetes, COPD, asthma and CKD.
Dr Prescott used to be a trainer at the FRSH (Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health) supervising GPs training in contraception and sexual health.
She has moved to Australia hoping to enjoy cycling and kayaking. She has 2 adult sons in the UK.
