Dr Richard Scragg General Practitioner
Dr Richard Scragg BSc (University of St Andrews) MBChB (University of Manchester) Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics (University of Otago) Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (Monash University) has been practising medicine for over 32 years and is a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. He is widely experienced in rural and remote medicine and has worked in England, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Canada and Australia. Dr Scragg takes a holistic approach to medicine and endeavours to provide comprehensive continuing care for all the patients he attends. His special interests include rural and remote medicine, emergency medicine, wilderness medicine, and occupational medicine.
Dr Cristina Yelf General Practitioner
Dr Cristina Yelf MBChB (Hons) MMed (Skin Cancer Medicine) graduated in 1981 and has been a medical practitioner in Coffs Harbour for over 30 years. Since 2009, she has been focusing on skin cancer diagnosis and treatment and completed a Masters in Skin Cancer Medicine in 2012. Dr Yelf offers surgical and non surgical treatments for sun-damaged skin and skin cancers. Dr Yelf is keen to involve the patient in discussions regarding the optimal treatment for each situation.
Dr Adrian Hekel General Practitioner
Dr Adrian Hekel BSc(Hons) FRACGP graduated in 2005 from Flinders Medical School in South Australia. Before then he pursued degrees in science and teaching, which included two years immersed in neuroscience research at the University of Queensland. He has worked in various hospitals and clinics around Australia before settling as a GP in Coffs Harbour, where he has worked for the last 7 years. Passionate in taking a holistic approach to health care, he has pursued courses in nutritional medicine, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, eye movement trauma therapy (EMDR) and other psychological therapies. He has a special interest in treating and advocating for people who struggle with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and has created a website www.complextraumadoctor.com.

Dr Cheah has worked in various remote and rural communities in Australia and also in major cities. Dr Cheah is well verse in all aspects of general practice, Obstetrics, rural and remote health, public health, medical administration, skin cancer diagnosis and surgery, mental health, chronic pain management and geriatric medicine.
Dr Bonnie Taylor General Practitioner
Dr Bonnie Taylor MB MD FRACGP undertook her medical degree at the University of New South Wales, completing the final two years at the Coffs Harbour Rural Campus, and graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Doctorate of Medicine in 2013. She then worked both Internship and Residency years at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
Dr Bonnie has always had a special interest in rural medicine and a strong connection with country life having grown up in rural NSW. Dr Bonnie has training in contraceptive advice and application, and has developed various procedural skills. She has recently commenced cosmetic medicine training.
